Contact Us
Email is the whole support system, and it is a real inbox read by the people who
build Convertlix — not a ticket queue and not a bot.
Write to us
We reply within two business days, and within 30 days at the outside for anything covered by data-protection law.
What to include
Settings → Contact Us in the app pre-fills your app version, Android version and device model. If you are writing from here instead, please include them — they are the first three things we would otherwise have to ask for.
- A conversion went wrong: which tool, the input format and rough size, and what you expected. Please do not attach the file unless we ask — we would rather not receive it.
- Billing, refunds or restoring a purchase: send your receipt, or tell us
what it says. If its order number begins
GPA.then Google took the money, and that order number is the most useful thing you can give us — we never see the address on your Google account, so it is not something we can look a purchase up by. If there is noGPA.order number then Dodo Payments took it, and the email address you paid from is all we need. Either way, also send the address on your Convertlix account. Refunds within 14 days need no reason on either. A subscription Google took the money for is cancelled in the Google Play Store rather than by us; Terms section 6 says why and where. - Your data: a copy of it, a correction, or deletion. You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Account in the app, or follow the deletion instructions on the web.
- Object to analytics: write with "OBJECT TO ANALYTICS" in the subject and we will stop recording how you use the app, without touching your account. Section 8.1 of the Privacy Policy explains it.
- A security issue: write to the same address with "SECURITY" in the subject. We will acknowledge within two business days and credit you if you would like us to.
