Write to us
We reply within two business days, and within 30 days at the outside for anything covered by data-protection law.
What to include
Settings → Contact Us in the app pre-fills your app version, Android version and device model. If you are writing from here instead, please include them — they are the first three things we would otherwise have to ask for.
- A conversion went wrong: which tool, the input format and rough size, and what you expected. Please do not attach the file unless we ask — we would rather not receive it.
- Billing, refunds or restoring a purchase: the email address you paid from. Refunds within 14 days need no reason.
- Your data: a copy of it, a correction, or deletion. You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Account in the app, or follow the deletion instructions on the web.
- Object to analytics: write with "OBJECT TO ANALYTICS" in the subject and we will stop recording how you use the app, without touching your account. Section 8.1 of the Privacy Policy explains it.
- A security issue: write to the same address with "SECURITY" in the subject. We will acknowledge within two business days and credit you if you would like us to.
