USD base prices. Many countries have a local price of their own rather than a conversion, and whether tax is included or added depends on your country — the exact amount you pay is shown at checkout.
The fine print, up front
Three rules worth knowing before you pay
All three are the kind of thing people usually discover after paying. None is hidden here, because a term read in advance is a term and a term discovered afterwards is a refund.
Use your account on all your devices
Free and Premium accounts have no device limit. Sign in with the same account on each device to access your plan. Your free monthly allowance is shared across your devices; signing in on another device does not create an extra allowance.
Your email address is what owns the licence, not the handset, so a factory reset or a new phone restores it automatically.
One shared UTC monthly allowance
The server publishes the current free limit and the app displays it. All 24tools draw from that one account-wide total; there are no separate tool buckets or exemptions. The period is a UTC calendar month, not the phone’s timezone.
Each successful tool job costs one. A failure, timeout or cancellation costs nothing, and there is no separate daily product allowance.
Sign-in is required once; conversion stays offline
A new installation needs a connection for its first successful sign-in. There is no guest mode or skip. After that marker exists, the tools open and convert offline without waiting for a network response.
Monthly renews at $9.99 each month. Yearly is billed as one payment of $99.99 each year, not as monthly instalments.
Questions
Billing and licensing
Who took the money decides who you deal with afterwards, and your receipt is how you tell. An order number beginning GPA. means Google took the money. No GPA.order number means Dodo Payments did. The answers below are keyed on the processor for that reason — not on where you tapped the button, because an earlier version of the app opened Dodo Payments’ checkout in a browser tab.
How does the free monthly allowance work?
What is the difference between yearly and monthly?
Will I be charged in US dollars?
Often not. The figures above are the USD base — $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year — and which price list is applied to them depends on the processor taking the payment.
Where Google takes the payment, the price is the one Google Play holds for your country, in the currency of your Google account. Those are Google’s own price points on its own per-country list: the amount you see may not be a conversion of the USD figures above, and in some countries it deliberately is not.
Where Dodo Payments takes it, many countries have a price set for that country rather than a conversion of the dollar one; the rest are converted from the USD base where your billing country is supported, with USD as the fallback.
Whether tax is inside the figure you see or added on top of it depends on the processor and your country. Either way the exact amount you will be charged, including any tax, is shown before you confirm — that is the number to rely on, not the one on this page.
How do I move Premium to a new phone?
I reinstalled and my Premium is gone.
Sign in with the email address on your Convertlix account and it will come back. The licence belongs to that address whichever processor took the money — not to the handset, and not to the account that was billed.
If it still does not appear, email contact@convertlix.com from that address and we will reattach it. Send the Convertlix one rather than the address Google billed: where Google took the money we never see the address on your Google account, so it is not something we can look a purchase up by. If you have that receipt to hand, its order number — the one beginning GPA. — is the most useful thing to include.
How do I cancel?
At any time, and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling is not a refund and does not shorten what you bought. Where you go depends on who took the money, and it is one of the two, never both. Do not go by where you tapped the button.
Google took the money. The subscription lives on your Google account, so you cancel it in the Play Store — Subscriptions in the Play Store app, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you and neither can our support team: nobody but you and Google can stop that charge, so we would rather point you at the right place than take a message we cannot action.
Dodo Payments took the money — including a subscription bought inside an earlier version of the app. Email contact@convertlix.com from the address you paid with and we will cancel it with the processor.
Deleting your Convertlix account does not by itself stop a subscription. Cancel first, then delete.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within the window stated in the Terms, on request, with no reason needed, and that applies wherever you bought it. Only how the money reaches you differs.
Google took the money. The refund comes back through Google rather than from us. Ask through Google Play first — it is the fastest route and often automatic: the Play Store’s order history has a Request a refundoption, and Google’s own refund policy applies there. If Google declines, or the purchase is outside the window Google handles automatically, email contact@convertlix.com and we will refund it ourselves within the window in the Terms.
Dodo Payments took the money — including a purchase made inside an earlier version of the app. Email contact@convertlix.com from the address you paid with, which is the only detail we need to find it.
Statutory rights, including the UK and EU 14-day right of withdrawal, are unaffected and take precedence wherever they give you more.
